Worst service ever. Vadapav took 1:10 hr to serve. I wanted to give 0 star but there is no option for that. that is why I have to give one star. Please do not waste your money over this place. Instead of this, you could better spend money over other place. I have been loyal customer to this place but now I never suggest anyone this place. Thank you. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve visited Jay Bhavani around 7-8 times at this Location specifically and every time, the restaurant is extremely busy due to staff constraints, leading to significant delays in service. On my recent visit, I ordered four items, which took over 45 minutes to prepare. To my dismay, the "Chinese Bhel" I ordered contained 3-4 strands of hair in a single parcel. This incident is unacceptable and raises serious food safety concerns. Additionally, the use of paneer in a Chinese-inspired dish completely ruined the authentic taste, which I found highly unprofessional as a chef familiar with culinary practices. Efforts to address this issue with the staff and management were unproductive. The manner of communication was poor, and I couldn’t reach the manager. I urge Mr. Brahmbhatt to contact me promptly to address this issue. Ignoring this incident may lead to escalated actions, including formal complaints with health authorities. Attached Evidence: Photos of the hair found in the dish are attached for reference. According to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) standards, the presence of foreign objects such as hair in food is a significant violation of hygiene protocols. Such incidents warrant immediate corrective actions and could lead to penalties under food safety regulations. Failure to address this issue may result in the following: Fines & Inspections: The CFIA or local health authorities may impose fines ranging from $1,000 to $15,000 per incident if non-compliance is verified during inspections. Legal Action: Should the matter remain unresolved, a legal notice can be filed citing breaches in health and safety standards. I look forward to a resolution and a significant improvement in service and hygiene at this establishment. Order noodle Manchurian was extremely spicy and complete waste of money dosnt worth eating anything and there was no cleanliness and complete store was smelling rotten and distusting
