Japanika propose la livraison de plats pour les clients. Un personnel conciliant attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Ce lieu offre un service beau à ses visiteurs. On vous recommande aussi cet endroit car il propose un prix attractif. Dans cet endroit, les clients peuvent apprécier une atmosphère ravissante. Mais ce restaurant n'est pas hautement estimé par les utilisateurs de Google qui lui donnent une note en dessous de la moyenne.

I am an old customer and I really like Japanika, but our experience at the Polg branch was very disappointing. This is definitely the last time we will visit this branch. We arrived at a restaurant that was almost empty, and the waiters seemed busy talking among themselves. The hostess instead of seating us, told us to wait that she would go and come back and do the math and take money from other customers, it took her 4 seconds to seat us in an almost empty restaurant and she chose the only table for us with the sun on our face. We didn't sit down at all and changed places ourselves. We ordered one business meal, but then the waitress disappeared and another waiter, who didn't seem to be told what to do, tried to take care of us. We saw that our food was ready in the kitchen, but none of the staff bothered to bring it on time. When the food finally arrived, the waiter didn't bother to ask whose each dish was, and left the dishes in the corner, forcing us to take the dishes ourselves - something that has never happened to us in a restaurant. It is customary to ask who has the dish/drink and give it to him. Do not put it in the corner of the table. Later we ordered another business meal, and had to clean up the dirty plates from the previous meal ourselves. When I pointed this out to the waiter, he agreed and said "you're right". Throughout the meal, none of the staff came to check if we needed anything or if everything was okay, even though the restaurant was almost empty. When we asked for the dessert, we had to wait another quarter of an hour, after which the waiter asked us again what we wanted, instead of bringing the dessert we had already ordered. We waited another quarter of an hour for a crack pie, and in the end we asked to pack one portion to take home. When we received the bill, we discovered that we were charged for two business meals and full price for two desserts, even though they were supposed to be included in the business price. When we commented on this, we were told at first that we asked for take-out and then when we explained that we had ordered to the table and asked for take-out, we were told that it was "our fault" because we had not specifically stated that we wanted the dessert in the business context. When I tried to explain the situation, I responded with the claim that the dessert in the business context is a smaller portion. I said I understood, and asked them to take back the portion we were given to take home. The dish was taken back with a not-so-pleasant response from the staff in the understated "of course I'll take it". The food we received was cold because they didn't bring it on time, the drink we ordered for an extra charge was disgusting: Hot and diluted with tasteless water. Not that anyone asked if it was to our liking... Among the meals with the most repulsive vibe I've experienced. I just wanted to fly away, I will never step foot there again. We were either ignored or treated with faces. Minus 100 service notice. It was a very disappointing experience, and I hope the restaurant management will address this review and improve the service. I don't know what happened there but wow, a hostess who doesn't know how to host and waiters who don't know how to serve, maybe you shouldn't leave them alone. They smuggle customers to a man who owns a restaurant and probably doesn't understand where his customers have gone. Why would a customer want to spend money in a place like this with 0 service, on standby for everything (what happens when there are people in the evening??). disappointment. It hurts my heart that such a group of children destroy such a place. It is strongly recommended to give people who work a minimal briefing on how to treat customers. successfully.
