The whole team is delighted to see that you enjoyed the atmosphere of our restaurant. We are sorry to read that our sandwiches did not meet your expectations. At Janet's we make delicious sandwiches, quite delicious. For the pastrami we leave you the choice of more or less fatty meat according to your desires. The whole team listens and tries to adapt to everyone's preferences as best they can. Indeed, we have been able to adapt to the tastes of our large American clientele (mainly New York) who find that our sandwiches are better than what they are used to at home, but it remains a question of taste. Regarding the price, you should know that at Janet everything is homemade (bread, meats, sauces, condiments, etc.). We really pay attention to the quality and freshness of the products we use. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this quality and these portions at a lower price. Regarding hygiene, we are just as surprised as you! We are really sorry, this is not like us. We have very specific standards and criteria. We were able to identify the problem and take steps to prevent it from happening again. Thank you so much.
