We were in the neighborhood and decided to drop by this restaurant. Parking was easily available and the restaurant is in a section of Hastings that is not too busy. This restaurant is a great find. We found the food to be delicious. We ordered the Crispy Pork, Stuffed Chicken Wings, Pad Thai and Red Curry. They came in generous servings and we found the prices to be affordable. Siam Le Bien Thai Cuisine is a solid spot. The pineapple fried rice was outstanding, with the perfect balance of sweet and savory. My wife had the red curry, and she couldn’t get enough of its rich, bold flavor. The staff were professional, friendly, and on point the entire time. The Thai iced coffee was top-notch—smooth, bold, and perfectly balanced. This place knows what it’s doing, and I’ll definitely be back.
