I postponed writing this review, because maybe I will find more good things to write in the review. Unfortunately, I did not find any reasons. The location is hard to find, you can miss it because the entrance does not catch your eye, if you are there for the first time. Then, follow a long alley until you reach your destination. Nothing is attractive or inviting until you reach the end of the alley and reach J'ai Bistrot. On that alley I found the toilet (I don't know if it's from J'ai Bistrot or some other company on the alley) and although it was clean, you wouldn't like to enter it; it is cramped, the color of the paint, with the light bulbs, the toilet bowl which is not high, but the sink is high... In that bathroom you cannot feel good for 1-2 minutes while you are there, you leave with an unpleasant feeling .You didn't even have anything to wipe your hands with or dry your hands. It looks like no effort was made for a decent toilet, like people have at home. They also put a sink there, 2 toilet bowls, some dividers for them and that's it, they didn't care that it didn't even look decent like what people have at home. They also put a toilet to be. So below decent quality. In the end we reach the destination. Nothing looks attractive. On the left is the bar, but what is around the bar is not pleasant, from the entrance to the left of the bar, etc. It is not a garden trail; I don't understand why it is called "the garden". Some tables with sofas that you find everywhere in the cheapest locations. Then came the "singers". While they were rehearsing, when we were at the table, we could no longer hear each other, and they were about 10 meters away from them, and we all left before they started "singing". We were served quite quickly and we understood that the drinks were ok (no one complained or they chose not to complain to their colleagues at the table, out of politeness); I ordered a 500 ml water which cost 9 lei (!!) - nicer locations, with bigger investments therefore have lower prices; I had to ask for a glass and I wasn't asked if I wanted a slice of lemon in it (I chose without anyway, but for the quality of the service it should have been the customer who asked). The boy/garçon who served us was nice and as fast as possible, because we were not the only ones in the location. When paying, we wanted to pay each separately with the card (People don't really carry banknotes and coins with them these days(!!!) but we were told that the consumption can be divided into a maximum of 2 parts and therefore 2 people have to pay for everyone else. I, as an accountant, have not come across such an invention, because it has nothing to do with the legislation in force and the legislation does not give you the option to "adapt". I understood that they refuse to take your money and therefore you can leave with the unpaid consumption because you are not obliged to make the other person pay for you and then you give him the money... (what can I say... an indescribable madness, the mind of the one who conceived that at a table of 10 people only pay in common. I like to have my receipts for what I pay, the amount is not important. I either do not pay, or I have the receipt with all the consumption , if the others also want to give up that voucher, this was not wanted at our table either. There is software that allows you to place an order for a table and then individually everyone comes and pays their part. Such a software is called Breeze and I know it because I have worked with it and it can do exactly that and I have no connection with them, to advertise for them. There are certainly other options on the market. A place where no investments were made for the asking prices. A good thing is the fact that, being further back, the noises from the surrounding roads are no longer heard at all. It is a place where the owner of the location makes money, but does not offer in exchange the necessary quality for the required prices. It is managed as a seasonal business, it is, it is not. Investments... pause. Maybe the food will be good, I don't know. Maybe the hygiene will be exemplary, I don't know. But I wouldn't wait to find out anything else. I wish them success in their work, and I can't wait to come back and see improvements. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
