Dear Angel,Thank you for your time to leave a review. We have very sorry to hear your experience with us.Yes, we do steam the ‘Ha Kau’ in our combi steamer and after that we serve it to our customers. We don’t make the ‘Ha Kau’ ourselves. Like we said to you at the time we were going to contact the supplier. They didn’t came with a solution so we have now a new supplier for our ‘Ha Kau’. This issue won’t occur again in the future. For the inconvenience we let you pay for 1 person instead of 2 persons. We are striving for the best quality and service and this is a not a representation of us. Also this issue was not in our grasps.
