Recently, we (2 persons) went for a dinner at this popular restaurant and opted for 'All you can eat' meals. The service and the food everything was going well until my partner felt a prick in his throat and was shocked to find a metal pin from a bite of Garnalen pasteitje. Thankfully he was able to remove it on time and avoid any mishap. On showing it to the staff they put the blame on the supplier saying the product came from them and it is just steamed in the kitchen and served to the customers. They apologized but did not mention how they will ensure that such incident never occurs again. They charged us for one person's meal which we paid. Anyway, we have decided never to visit this restaurant again. The intention of this review is just to make people aware so that you are careful while eating especially when with kids. Dear Angel,Thank you for your time to leave a review. We have very sorry to hear your experience with us.Yes, we do steam the ‘Ha Kau’ in our combi steamer and after that we serve it to our customers. We don’t make the ‘Ha Kau’ ourselves. Like we said to you at the time we were going to contact the supplier. They didn’t came with a solution so we have now a new supplier for our ‘Ha Kau’. This issue won’t occur again in the future. For the inconvenience we let you pay for 1 person instead of 2 persons. We are striving for the best quality and service and this is a not a representation of us. Also this issue was not in our grasps.
