We are sorry to learn of your disappointment following your visit to the Villebon Sur Yvette store. Unfortunately, Valentine's Day boxes are not customizable because they contain a support with predefined cells to accommodate certain shapes of chocolates. If other stores agree to personalize them it is an independent store choice but these boxes are normally identical in all Jeff de Bruges.
