Accueil très sympathique et très proNous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle. Un environnement dépaysant : vue sur la mer et un jardin superbe.

In October 2023, I stayed in this hotel while I was there for wedding planning in Ischia. I had a great experience during my previous stay, which is why I recommended the hotel to about 10 family members who also booked rooms there. However, this time around, our experience was the worst we have ever had at a hotel, all thanks to Luca, the son of the hotel owner. Luca was extremely disrespectful to all 10 of us staying at Garden Ravino. Here are a few examples of his behavior: - He shouted at 8 and 9-year-old children for being loud while swimming in the pool. If the hotel does not welcome children, they should clarify that it is an adult-only establishment. - Luca told a guest that he wouldn't mind if they booked another hotel, but he refused to provide a refund. When another guest politely asked if their room would be cleaned, Luca rudely replied that they would have to pay extra for that service. - One guest was reduced to tears by Luca's unapproachable and aggressive attitude whenever she sought assistance. - The hotel made several payment errors and overcharged most of us. It is clear that Luca needs help as he appears to be a depressed young man who channels his anger towards guests. This is my first negative and honest review, and the other guests will also be sharing their experiences with Luca. What a shame as Lucas Parents are super friendly and polite. Service: 1
