I ordered the "Sexy Chicken" & asked for well-done chicken. Upon arrival the chicken was still pink inside so I sent it back & requested that the chef please cook it well-done. As I could not see any difference when the waiter returned with my order, I sent it back a second time. This time the same under-done chicken was returned smothered in BBQ sauce but still not well done. I asked to see the manager who then sent me one of her waiters. Once again I requested to see the manager. When she arrived she stood at the table scratching at the chicken pieces & told me that they had fried the same chicken three times! Wow! Is that the best she could come up with?! When an item is returned surely a new item is cooked to replace it? And why was it now smothered in BBQ sauce? An apology was also not forthcoming! It's such a pity you see it like that, Dawn. The second serving was a new portion fried for longer than normal. Scratching the chicken at your table was me, trying to see the pink you said I should look at. Chef tried the bbq sauce, since the chicken was very dry after the last try. I did ask if you would rather order something else, but you declined, so I removed the item off your bill. I do accept that sometimes we are unable to meet a customer's unique requirements, and I apologise that we couldn't get the chicken to your liking. We sure tried...More
