Les hôtes et hôtesses de caisse ne sont malheureusement pas très souriants, accueillants, c'est dommage car le magasin est agréable, propre, bien achalandé.

Twice in less than 15 days, due to a large number of customers in front of the normal checkouts, I chose to go past the new automatic checkouts to pay for my purchases after having scanned them. Each time, I was unable to obtain a receipt or a bank card receipt. The first time, I was able to obtain and because I had also scanned my loyalty card a receipt without a barcode at reception. Today, in front of one of these cash registers chosen for the same reasons, indicated above, and without having presented my loyalty card at the time of payment by credit card, I was unable to obtain a credit card receipt or receipt. The host mentioned another problem, internet network or otherwise, preventing the issuance of credit card tickets and/or receipts. This problem being recurring and while no other solution was offered to me today following a passage without my loyalty card, I note that I had to go through the checkouts without any proof of payment for items that I paid well with my credit card. I am pleased that no security guard took me as a suspect because I could have feared having to present proof of my unissued purchases. So, I am reporting the negligence of the management of this supermarket which could have serious consequences.

Unfortunately for people without cards there is no possibility of payment, really a shame as we are used to doing all our shopping here!!
