Since our main objective is to take care of every customer, we have prepared a menu free of raw meat and with …Dear Floriana, we would like to tell you that on New Year's Eve you were not the only pregnant woman to take part in the evening. Since our main objective is to take care of every customer, we have prepared a menu free of raw meat and with valid alternatives specifically for pregnant guests. But she, Floriana, rejected our proposal and asked us for white rice and veal. We tried in every way to please her, but evidently it wasn't enough: first of all we explained to her that she had to pay the same amount as the other guests because on New Year's Eve the management costs for us restaurateurs are much higher, plus it was a dinner with music from alive and djset. Then she asked us for dishes that were totally different from the pre-established ones: on New Year's Eve the kitchen has a schedule and cooking times to respect, so it is understandable that her dishes arrived after those of the other diners. Fortunately, this is the only negative feedback; the other guests, pregnant and not, were satisfied. In any case, we would like to apologize to you if our precautions were not sufficient.More
