I had high expectations for this pizzeria, unfortunately they were largely disappointed. The place, inside a cave, is beautiful; as for the food however, the montanarine were good but the pizzas were completely inadequate both in terms of cooking, dough and seasoning. High price for what is offered, beyond the beauty of the place. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €40–50 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

This was our first time to Incavo. It won't be our last. From the moment you walk in you are struck by the sheer setting alone. The staff was warm and welcoming from the first moment. We were asked if we preferred to hear specials in English or Italian. The menu is all about pizza. And boy are there plenty of options to choose from. Traditional ones like the Marguerita to others with red onions, local cheeses and crispy potato wedges. You can add meat or fish if you so choose. We opted for some specials of the day which were outstanding. The crust on each pie was amazing. Dolce changes daily. Nice selection of vino and birre catering to just about anyone's taste. The chef stopped by for a wonderful conversation. The staff enjoyed sharing the history of the town of Ispica and the labor that occurred in the restaurant space over the years. This one is not to be missed if only coming through the Pozzallo-Modica-Ragusa corridor. We will be back. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
