During a visit to the Brenner outlet we chose this pizza restaurant to have lunch. Even before we sat down at the table we knew something was wrong. We remained standing in line for a while as there were a few people ahead of us waiting for a free table. The owner or manager, when it was our turn, shamelessly let the German or Austrian couple who were behind us go first, leaving us still there waiting. Finally we sat down, when the same lady came to take our order, she didn't even look at us, she continued to speak in her own language with other customers, she just typed our choice on her PDA, without a word, not even a smile. When it came time to pay, (two pizzas costing 12 euros each, 1/2 liter of beer 6 euros, a coffee 1.60 euros, he charged us 38.10 euros. We paid but then on the way out we redid the bill and so I went back in to ask for an explanation of the extra cost, he gave me back 5 euros saying that he had marked something double We have been visiting South Tyrol for over 15 years and we have always had a good time everywhere! We had never had an experience like this. We will definitely never go back to this place when I come back to those parts.
