Hello we came several times to this superb creperie a year ago, for a few days we have been back in St Jean de Luz we hastened to return to this fabulous place, the quality of the pancakes and crepes are always as good good and this time we tasted the shell salads which were simply delicious, unfortunately we are leaving again and we will wait another year to come back so see you next year. I don't like to write the wrong message, but I don't want another option for the service I receive. We decided to go to the Ilunabarra crepería with my family. Surprised by the situation, I was told that my friend was waiting to be checked in 15 minutes. We understand and accept the situation, so we wait to finish our meal at the stipulated time. Surprised by the situation, I asked another waiter what time the restaurant closed, and he told me it closed in 15 minutes. We understood and accepted the situation, and therefore finished our meal quickly within the allotted time. What surprised us was that an hour later the restaurant was still open and full of customers eating. I don't understand why we were treated this way, as our intention was to enjoy our meal without rush. We were even planning to order a coffee afterwards, but ultimately decided to go elsewhere. Hello Alejandra, We are sorry to read all this, there are only misunderstandings and bad interpretations in what you report, surely due to a misunderstanding of the language …Hello Alejandra, We are sorry to read all this, there are only misunderstandings and bad interpretations in what you report, surely due to a misunderstanding of the language between French and Spanish :( We NEVER kick out customers or rush them to finish their meal, ever! We rather told you that the KITCHEN (or savory) was going to close in 10/15 minutes and not that the RESTAURANT in its entirety was going to close... There is a nuance between the 2: we always warn our customers of the closure from the kitchen so that they may order another dish before we cut...but we always let them finish their meal or order a dessert and/or a coffee in peace. This is why when you passed 1 hour later you saw people still installed in the room! We apologize for this situation which displeased you and which earned us this 1 star, it's really a shame :( ManagementMore
