Clean and well furnished place that prepares traditional Bolivian dishes. I had the opportunity to try various dishes and they amazed me, excellent flavor, generous portions and fast service. Il Giardinetto is a Bolivian restaurant located in Bergamo, near the station. It is a very welcoming place, with friendly and helpful staff. The menu offers a wide choice of typical Bolivian dishes, all cooked with fresh, quality ingredients. Prices are average, and the quality-price ratio is excellent. I highly recommend trying this restaurant to anyone who wants to try Bolivian cuisine. Here are some of the dishes I tried and highly recommend: * Salteña: a traditional Bolivian empanada filled with meat, potatoes, peas and eggs. * Ají de gallina: a dish made with chicken, potatoes and peppers. * Picante de pollo: a dish made with chicken, potatoes and peppers, cooked in a spicy sauce. * Charque: dried llama meat, served with potatoes and rice. * Sopa de mani: a soup made with tripe, potatoes and vegetables.
