Recommended by friends we finally booked, the place and the reception were very well looked after, impeccable staff, I must start by saying that I was in the company of two absolute palates, one of which is a very good cook, and according to the others I was a bit fussy, I prefer to pay attention to details and raw materials, however immediately after the first taste of my pizza I understand the quality of the raw materials, the delicious sauce, the truly stringy and tasty mozzarella, the thin dough as I like it because it is light and digestible, the bresaola etc. what surprised me was that while I was eating I was so enraptured and concentrated that I no longer thought about the rest that surrounded me and that happens to me very rarely. I must congratulate all the staff, in particular those who choose the raw materials and those who prepare the pizza dough, very good, I have finally found my safe haven when it comes to pizza, next time I will also taste the other products .
