First time to Ivan's new restaurant and it did not disappoint at all! Quite the contrary! We had been to his previous restaurant, which we also found spectacular, but this was spectacular plus!! The cocktails, wine and food were all amazing, as were Ivan's welcome and front-of-house presence. We still dream of our gamberi and paccheri with pistachios and will definitely be back! When you are sitting at the table, ready to enjoy a delicious dish, it is impossible not to appreciate Ivan's talent and the mastery of the chef who created that culinary masterpiece. We are on the terrace of the Hotel Ortensia in Ponza, an excellent hotel located near the natural pools. Kindness and attention to the customer are a prerogative of the restaurant.
