The Ristoro La Bottega del Parco also has rooms that can be booked: I have stayed there in the past and was satisfied. I am celiac and for breakfast, while not being prepared, they managed to provide me with something like fresh fruit. They were very kind. In the evening I had stopped for dinner and I was able to enjoy a mix of cheeses with honey and various jams and gluten-free bread. A few nights ago we went back with some colleagues, including a couple of foreigners, and we tasted some excellent meat: I, a celiac, was able to taste an appetizer with raw meat pounded with a knife (spectacular) and a fantastic hamburger with burrata and tomatoes as a second course dish (very, very good!), always with gluten-free bread. The staff has been kind and attentive to intolerances. Colleagues enjoyed excellent Florentine steaks. On the side we accompanied it all with very good Montepulciano.
