We went here, like others, because we were staying at the hotel and didn’t have any other options for food. This was a terrible mistake; our food was not only portioned out for a child, it tasted canned, was over cooked, and took over an hour to get two pasta dishes. We left still very hungry and 60 euros poorer, although I would be remiss if I did not mention that they took three euro off of my pasta because I didn’t eat most of it. They should be ashamed at the overpriced food they serve and knowingly serving small portions so you order more. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pretty resturant but bad service and even worse food. After waiting for a hour we finally got our meal. Our food was cold and very small portion. We told the host when he asked how our meal was - just being honest. After we left, we went down the street to grab a pizza because we were still hungry. When checking out of the hotel, our fulll bill was listed which was...surprising. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Worst meal in Tuscany trip. After travelling for 12 days in Tuscany, we spent a night at the Grotta Giusti hotel, and decided to have dinner at Il Poeta. Service was ok, but the quality of the plates was terrible. I had the pasta with ragu, and must be the worst pasta I´ve had in my life: lacking any flavor, tough meat, overcooked pasta. My wife had the falafel, which were dry and flavorless (and only came 3 units). In summary, overpriced and very (VERY) low quality. Stay away. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
