It's Sunday 23 June. 6.40pm Once inside, we chose the external area. We realized it was for smokers. Since we weren't, we still remained seated. We ordered immediately, but then waited 30 minutes to receive..... a Spiana with Bre Cheese, Speck and Mushrooms...and a Ham and Mozzarella Calzone. The Spianata was good... but the Calzone, burnt at the edges and tasteless! Cause, maybe the weather? As for the wait, we apologize, in those two weeks our pizza chef was on holiday and the kitchen was managed by a substitute who was decidedly slow in the first few days.
