Yesterday, after the storm that hit Carpegna, we stopped at the Il Pinguino ice cream shop where we were happily surprised by the very high quality of the product (and we are people with certain "demands" when it comes to ice cream...). super ice cream and very good coffee. If only it were cleaner... dirty tables outside still with cups from who knows when and impossible to sit inside. The bench inside was full of footprints from dirty children's shoes. Come on... PS: edit after the ridiculous and childish very rude response from the "owner", which I can't wait to have everyone read everywhere. I gave it 4 stars and the guy treats me like I'm a beggar. I AM A CUSTOMER. Anyone who responds like this to customers doesn't deserve to have a business! I've seen owners respond much better than this one. And the dirty chairs were full of little girl's kicks, seeing as there were notebooks and children's books on the table, try doing 2+2. The child was allowed to walk everywhere on the chairs. I always go back to Carpegna, I can't wait to go back to the bar again... Brego from 4 stars that I gave to 1. Respecting customers is the FIRST thing!

You are not endowed with common sense and good manners If you want to continue reviewing accountants' activities, put your hand on your heart and understand that people like me work hard to give the best to their customers, but that's not why I've been managing the Pinguino for more than thirty years.
