A stunning restaurant. As a romantic setting, this place can not be beaten! The menu offered many crowd pleasers- including a charcuterie board. The pizzas were delicious and as pleasing as I have had on the lake, if not better. The wine list was impressive too, offering many wines from local regions and more. Very reasonably priced too. I will definitely be back next year. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Very chic restaurant right on the lake with a nice terrace. The ambience and the prices lead you to expect more in terms of cuisine. Service was initially friendly and accommodating, but when things got busier they couldn't keep up. Plates were only taken away when the next course came, people were no longer asked if they wanted something to drink etc. The neighboring table had to get the menus themselves The wine list starts at €30. For €2.50 service you get dry bread. Starter carprese was okay. Primi spaghetti with seafood really tasty. Secondi unfortunately all underground: FRITTO DI LAGO CON VERDURE ALLA GRIGLIA - fatty fried fish like from a snack bar with two strips of zucchini and aubergine. At least there would have been ketchup at the snack bar. And that for 15€. CROSTONE DI PANE CON TOMINO ALLA PIASTRA ZUCCHINE GRIGLIATE E BACON - Chewy, untoasted bread with grilled cheese and two strips of zucchini. Underground! The ambience and price range give us hope for more! Price-performance doesn't work at all. We won't visit Il Molo di Lorenzo a second time! What a shame about the location!
