Absolutely fantastic pizza! Stumbled across this place heading back from Pompei and it did not disappoint. The host is passionate and welcoming. You can tell he adores his craft and just wants to make the best pizzas possible, which he certainly achieves. A must if you are visiting Pompei. The host (Antonio) and his family were super nice and enthusiastic. The freshness of the crust, the creaminess of the tomato sauce, the melting of the cheese inside of your mouth and the curation and combination of the toppings blended together to form a pizza better than every other. The whole atmosphere was very homey. As Indians we eat spicy vegeterian food, and he was ready to edit his recipies to our liking. He was very keen on learning our names and kept asking how we said a certain word in our country. Overall this experience was honestly better than any other fancy restraunt i've been to. A must visit if you are in town. Vegetarian options: The menu has a bunch of Vegeteranian options and Antonio was ready to remove meat from the other pizzas for us. Parking: The parking is right across the street with plenty of space for even large cars. Was really wanting to try a Napoli pizza after hearing so much about it and IL Maradona Della Pizza did not disappoint. Almost as good as the pizza was the owner! He really loves what he does and made us Texans feel like family!
