I have ordered an Uber Eats from Il Contadino, the Alfredo pasta was not good, and the quantity of the caprese salad was ridiculous, most probably for a child of 2. But the most shocking of all was the cheese in the caprese that was off. Could not eat it, had to throw it away. Uber Eats will not reimburse 135r for a 2-year old salad. Il Contadino Parkhurst to be avoided at all costs, the prices are extremely high for terrible and off food. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 350–400

Came back a second time and was not dissapointed. The food was once again top drawer.Our table of 4 had the seafood risotto, pulled pork pasta, seafood pasta and pork chops, and everyone was well pleased.The ice cream for dessert, splendid.Waiter Dumisani was attentive, the only reason you're getting 4 and not five stars is because the wait for the main course was an hour.Thank goodness for a great bunch of friends with who we had enough time to "catch up"
