Restaurant recommandé par notre hôte... cuisine correcte mais service complètement désorganisé... 1h30 entre l'entrée et le plat... et au bout d'1h30 on vient nous voir pour nous demander ce que nous avions commander ... une HONTE !!!!

Ladies and gentlemen, this is the "original recipe" for Carbonare served by Il Borgo di Federico! After pointing out to the waitress that the dish was inedible because it did not resemble Carbonara at all, but pasta with scrambled eggs, I was informed that someone would come over in a moment. It turned out that the waitress ignored the matter because she apparently didn't understand English. After 30 minutes, another waitress came to me and, after consulting the kitchen, said that this was their original recipe and this is what Carbonara looks like. I offered to pay for the meal, but not in full because the service was completely below expectations. I didn't agree to another Carboanre because I didn't want to try pasta with scrambled eggs again. For offering to pay part of the price, I was, colloquially speaking, ridiculed because the "kitchen" did not agree to it. I advise you to avoid the restaurants as they are not the least bit professional. The rest of the meals were quite good quality, but I would definitely not recommend them as they cannot accept criticism or treat customers properly.
