I ordered takeaway from their Wolt menu. I'm very allergic to shellfish and ordered the tuna and salmon menu, and if you read the menu it does not list any shellfish in these two options and there is no list of ingredients. The rolls had shrimp and when I called to complain because I couldn't eat it, the restaurant simply said this was my own fault. This kind of unprofessionalism is rare in Denmark. I did read the menu and the menu does not provide any information, I had to toss my dinner in the trash and throw 400 kr out the window. I am so angry with this attitude. I had no ill intent, I only wanted to eat something for dinner. Their website is deceiving and says they have a 4,5 rating on Google - if you look at their trust pilot reviews you will see more transparency. They need to do better. Shame on you Iki. How is this acceptable in the food industry? Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: kr 300–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Dietary restrictions: They are unaccommodating and rude. Be VERY VERY VERY careful how you order and be extremely clear about what you are allergic to. Then, MAYBE, they will be considerate but don't have your hopes on it

Interesting moment to enter an almost empty restaurant around 18oo to hear: "We are fully booked". No asking about something like: May we offer you a take-away? Would you be fine with a table for just one hour? Would you book a table for another day? Crossing same place one hour later...still half empty. To pointed it out: We could not meet guest-minded service there. Service: 1

Hi Tom, We are sorry for the experience you have had with our restaurant. We are normally fully booked around dinner time and recommend booking a table beforehand. With that said we are sorry our staff did not help you with other options, like ordering take away. We don't recommend having a table for only an hour if you would like the “all you can eat” option.
