Dans Ichiban, vous pouvez commander des plats à emporter. La bonne note de ce lieu serait impossible sans un personnel patient. Un service professionnel est ce que les clients apprécient ici. On vous recommande aussi cet endroit car il propose un prix moyen. Un décor moderne et une atmosphère sereine permettent aux clients de se détendre. Google lui donne un score de 4.5, vous pouvez donc choisir cet endroit pour y passer du bon temps.

The service was very good and both of the servers who helped us were very nice. This seems to have been a cute restaurant at one point, however, the owners opted for a really weird esthetic when they DIY covered the seat backings in all the booths with poly sheeting (probably from home Depot) and tacked it with a staple gun over the old upholstery. The sushi was okay, if you are new to Japanese food, but there are a lot of places that serve sushi in Edmonton that is so much better. My wife said that the eel was fishy. Eel shouldn't have a fishy taste. The Nabeyaki Udon came in a plastic bowl (not a clay pot) and was very disappointing. The broth was closer to a chicken stock than it was to miso; it was okay, but nothing to write home about. They informed me quickly that they no longer make it with shiitake mushrooms and I should have taken that as a cue to order something else. In the broth were noodles, 1 tempura prawn, a well done, unseasoned fried egg, an abundance of unseasoned chicken that seemed to be microwaved (and maybe from a rotisserie chicken?), and puzzlingly, carrot sticks and broccoli heads. For one of their most expensive udon on the menu, it instills no trust in the quality/taste of the cheaper options. I have wanted to go to this restaurant for quite a while and finally had the chance. Unfortunately, it was not ichiban. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $20–30
