Waiters were rude, and took a long time to show up so I can finally order, absent, unprofessional and careless. Especially that brunette girl waiter (Wednesday 6pm shift). Order was messed up, not to the expected standards, you'd expect the food to come at the same time for everyone at the table so they can eat together, but instead I had to wait another 20 minutes for the other's food to be done and delivered at the table. Waiters would ask you to place the plates yourself so you ease up their work, I don't mind helping, but taking in consideration plates are in odd shapes, I was scared of dropping it. As I said, I had to wait for the food, while mine got cold meanwhile. This isn't everything, the appetizers came in last! Two chicken dumplings which one came wrong, had to be changed due to careless waiter's behaviour. As soon as the rest of the food arrived, we were surprised by the peking ducks. For the price of 39 RON, there was somewhere around few thinnest slices in total of max 150g! They were stingy with the side of cucumber and green onion, so imagine. The fried chicken gyoza that finally came at the end, had an awful bland and gone bad taste, the manager was alright with taking it off the bill. All I wanted was to leave the store, and the careless waiter came in with a "we are sorry" dessert of deep fried milk strips? Which of course, tasted bad, due to not changing the oil too often. Tucked away in the heart of the city, Chin Chin is an Asian culinary gem that delights the senses. From the moment you step inside, the aroma of sizzling spices and fresh ingredients pulls you in. Friendly staff, amazing food and an all around cool atmosphere. An absolutely fantastic experience. The atmosphere is nice and pleasant and the food was a great hit. The eel sushi was definitely our favorite. The staff is great and professional.
