Cuisine élaborés et exellente dans un cadre qui change dans une cave avec une déco soignée. Large choix de vin, carte en Anglais Et français et personnel qui parle en Français gros plus quand on ne maîtrise pas la langue. We had a wonderful dinner at Il Gabriello years ago and always wanted to return. I finally visited again a couple of days ago and had another amazing meal. The quality of both the food and the service is truly top-notch. I was delighted to see the same family still running the restaurant — the father, mother, and daughter are all incredibly kind and welcoming. The food is Michelin-quality in both taste and presentation; you can genuinely feel their passion for what they do. I ordered the salted cod as an appetizer, black spaghetti with seafood for my first course, and grilled calamari for the second course — every dish was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back to Il Gabriello whenever I’m in Rome! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €100+
