Ce restaurant vous garantit des hot dogs délicieux. Un personnel digne attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Du point de vue des invités un service décent ne concorde pas avec leurs attentes. Mais IKEA a la note de 4.2 sur Google d'après l'opinion des visiteurs.

Ordered a kitchen and its installation in August this year. The quality is good and the montage team is professional and friendly. At least that’s what I can say based on a half assembled kitchen. On the other hand the delivery and IKEA support are just terrible. Delivery guys will look for any excuse to deliver everything only to the ground floor (I live on the 4th floor and IKEA support assured me that the delivery will be to the flat). Kitchen should have arrived in four parts. Two times the delivery team rejected bringing the packages to the 4th floor. First time I had to bring the heavy oven myself to my floor. Second time after a quick argument the guys just drove away together with the working tops and reported that I wasn’t at home when they arrived. As for IKEA support. The chat on the website is always “too busy, no one is available at the moment”. Every time you try a phone call, you have to wait for 20-30 minutes for their response (which also might end with a hang up). The montage team promised me that in a few days IKEA will contact me and they will finish the delivery and the installation. Two weeks have already passed and nothing happened. When I tried to call IKEA support. After another 20-30 minutes of waiting they said that they don’t have support for that question in English and suggested that I try my luck and go to their store: maybe there will be a person who will be able to help me. I’m sorry but that’s definitely not a service that costs more than €1600. And that’s definitely the first and the last time I buy at IKEA something that requires delivery.

Ikea store for the northern part of Cologne. With the years has been the to go place when you want to get their products. Unfortunately is getting more and more crowded, that makes the experience worse. The food is good but the fast food stand near the exit need more people or a new design to keep it clean during weekends. I saw how only one clerk tried to keep clean but the crowd it be was too big to handle. He did all possible in hood hands.
