Hi Neighbours, I would like to take a moment and say a BIG thank to our IGA Lakeview!Yesterday me and my wife went there bought groceries along with few 3.5L milk. While loading in the trunk, 1 of those milk jug slipped through my fingers and landed in the ground! Oh what a mess! While trying to clean without anything, someone from inside IGA ran outside with a plastic bag and paper towel! She took the broken milk in the plastic bag and handed us paper towel to clean ourselves. She took all the broken piece from the ground and before even thanking her she ran away from us, went inside!Took us a minute to clean up the trunk and our clothes and my wife said to go inside to thank her. And just before I did, she came back with another new jug of milk, apologizing for what happened!! I was speechless for a moment, still didn’t get why she was sorry for, it was not her fault!! May be it’s the milk jug was faulty that’s why she was sorry!!Thank you IGA. What a customer service! There were 2 ladies, both wearing masks and sorry I didn’t get your names to put here. But you made my day.
