Very bad experience this evening. We called the pizzeria around 6pm asking if there was room for 8 people around 9.30pm, they confirmed the table for us declaring that there was room (before them we called other pizzerias who refused us). We arrive at the place at 9.30pm, and they told us we had to wait 15 minutes, after 15 minutes they still hadn't called us for the table, so we go inside asking how much longer it would take for our table and they told us to wait another 20 minutes. Obviously angry we went to another pizzeria. It's absurd for you to book a table for me if you can't handle it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The requested time is outside our standards (reservations on Saturdays are for 7.30pm or 9pm inside and for variable times outside) on Saturdays it is usually always full and upon your request you were informed that probably there would be room outside but we couldn't guarantee it.
