In a few months I have bought unleavened products more than once. This time we decided not to overlook it. Yesterday we bought a multigrain quart, before breaking it I noticed that it wasn't the size of a quart. I break it and notice that the dough is all in one piece and hasn't risen well. This morning I take it back to have it changed and the gentleman says we don't understand anything about baking. Moral of the story, the bread we bought doesn't change me.
