Without taking into account the particular historical moment in which we find ourselves (increasing utility costs, increased costs of raw materials, unavailability of resources) we would like to point out that in our restaurant, you don't just pay for the wine, but also for the atmosphere, the service , the story... For wines that fall into the medium/low price range, the expected price increase is at least 2 and a half times. Furthermore, in our wine list, there is a sort of price fairness by type, therefore, the recommended Nobile does not cost more than all the other Nobiles present on the list, therefore asking for advice on a Nobile, the price would have been in any case approximately the same.
