I ordered a Hyderabadi mutton biryani family pack. I was told it would take an hour. I ordered the biryani @ 11.40. I went in to pick up my order @ 12.45 and was told it would take another 5-15 minutes. I checked again after 10 minutes, and was told it could take another 15 minutes. Finally I settled for another dish. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed as I had driven from Richmond. It will be a while before I visit this establishment again. One piece of advice to the owners and management … under promise but over deliver. It should never be the other way around
