I would like to share my recent experiences with the Klein bakery in Hürth-Gleuel, which were unfortunately extremely disappointing. First of all, it should be noted that the branch does not meet hygiene standards. During my last visit, both the sales area and the display were not clean. There was visible residue on the counters and floor indicating a lack of cleaning. In a food industry this is completely unacceptable and worrying. Furthermore, I noticed that there were enough staff, specifically four to five people, behind the counter, but the customers were still not being served adequately. There were times when staff made comments such as "It's my break now" or "I'm almost free" instead of attending to the waiting customers. This led to long waiting times and general dissatisfaction among customers. To make matters worse, private individuals who also work in the bakery but were not currently on shift intervened in the conversations and even determined how the rolls could and could not be topped. This interference was not only disruptive, but also caused confusion and further delays in service. Overall, the organization and customer service at the Klein Bakery leaves a lot to be desired. There is an urgent need for action to improve hygiene as well as efficiency and customer friendliness. As a customer, I expect fresh products and respectful, fast service in a bakery - unfortunately this was not met here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
