My boyfriend and I bought some of their bagels and cream cheese from our large local craft show over the weekend. They are amazing!!! Nice and fluffy bagels, not super heavy and dense like others I have had. The cream cheese is so flavourful and smooth to put on! Delicious and I am definitely going to be making trips to Winnipeg just for these!!!

Now, this place makes excellent bagels. For burger week in Winnipeg I tried the Taco Bout' a Burger, which I though was very delicious indeed, just found it to be quite overpriced at $16.00. But otherwise the start there were very friendly and worked hard enough to impress. I found the delicious Taco Bout' a Burger a unique creation between a bagel and burger, that was mostly a taco. Ass unnecessary the chips were to add to the creation, it gave it a texture like you were eating a taco. One thing worth mentioning is parking is limited, so you're better off walking, or taking public transit over there.

I dropped by Hudson Bagels for a quick shmear and bagel. I had the Lox Star sandwich with smoked salmon and garlic spread. The place is new and clean and inviting. I was there early in the morning the brightness and spaciousness of the business was intoxicating. I love bagels and the aroma stayed with me the whole day. I discovered the food when I was walking down Sherbrook for a coffee and I saw a man at a social distance in rapture over a bagel and egg sandwich. He opined that I needed to try the bagels at this establishment and his suggestion was confirmed as being accurate. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the selection of drinks (I had an alkaline lemon drink-very refreshing) and spreads is wonderful. A new Winnipeg landmark.
