I was a guest at a beautiful new location on November 1st, and I must say.... that I definitely WILL NOT BE BACK!!! I waited 1 HOUR for a hamburger in the meantime clearly the beer I had ordered had warmed up... the sound inside the place was set up in a HORRIBLE way (maybe they forgot that Halloween was the day before) MONSTEROUS experience

The location is beautiful... The live concerts are well organized and the acoustics are excellent... The pizza is very, very good, compliments to the pizza chef!! The beers wooow! The mascarpone dessert was not a dessert but a mousse!! The young and somewhat awkward waiters are very nice and helpful The only discordant note that really saddened me was the €10 for the table reservation... I agree that one has to pay for the reservation if one books a few days in advance, so one thinks twice about canceling or canceling at the last minute moment and the manager doesn't lose out by keeping an empty table, but that upon my arrival I have to pay €3 for advance booking and €7 for reservation and in addition €2 for cover charge, since I had already paid for the table they could have avoided making me pay. It seems absurd to me when a month before my arrival without advance booking the €10 had not been asked for, then the next time I arrive at 10pm and with €10 to be paid before entering there is also a free drink at the counter included. the table... This policy would need to be reviewed in a moment also because I saw the difference in the people, yesterday the meeting room was empty the other time! If you allow me some dispassionate advice... Anyone who comes in to dine as happened to me and 4 other friends without a reservation, don't make them pay the €10 reservation fee. Maybe charge €5 in advance because there are really good live concerts. I think that like me, it made me think about many others too!!! Anyway, congratulations because the atmosphere at the House of Rock is truly beautiful
