I found the accommodation dirty and poorly maintained, without a toilet seat and a missing tile in the covering, without hot water and very uncomfortable beds but above all a lot of rudeness at the reception. Luckily we only stayed one night.

We absolutely reject that the accommodation was dirty and not looked after, in fact it had been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with ozone for 60 minutes. That there was no hot water is absolutely not true, so much so that none of the other guests present in the group of accommodation served by the same heating group complained about it.
