The Hotel Splendide Royal Lugano is a gem; a real Palace full of stories and a magical atmosphere. My wife and I celebrated our wedding there in October 2024. A year earlier, we had met on site Mrs. Silvia Anzani, Event & Meeting Manager who, through her great kindness towards us, all her skills and her remarkable know-how, fully contributed to the accomplishment of the most important day of our lives. Two days before the Event, unforeseeable circumstances arose related to the health of members of our Family. Madame Anzani, as well as all the members of this sumptuous establishment, supervised and supported us throughout the final preparations. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts for their extreme kindness and their attitude in the face of all these upheavals. The hotel structure in a few words The building and its annexes are magnificent, perfectly maintained, decorated with taste and care. In this five-star hotel, there is not a space you pass through without being greeted with a smile and kindness from its fantastic staff. The dining rooms enjoy enchanting atmospheres and succulent dishes are served. Breakfast, served as a buffet, includes homemade dishes and top-quality local specialties. The Chef, Mr. Marco Veneruso, is a wonderful person. The same goes for Mr. Calogero Virone, Maître d’hôtel and their acolytes who prepared and served us an exceptional aperitif as well as an unforgettable menu. Our taste buds were awakened and our guests were delighted. Our guests and we admired the beauty of the dishes and the impeccable service. It was a real unfolding of exceptional flavors, from appetizers to desserts. Publicly, we would like to express our great gratitude to them and congratulate them all for having contributed to the realization of our Dream. Silvia, Marco, Calogero and all the other members of their team are the image of this Palace: “They are Splendid”. During our entire stay at Paradiso, we were treated like royalty.
