Safe, comfortable, clean. Excellent service by staff. Parking motor vehicle is a problem. Insufficient parking. Had to park on roadside. Difficult for seniors to walk up driveway. Service: 5

Heritage Month, September 2024: It is commendable that Hotel Savera made an effort to sustain the memory of the 1860 Indentured Indian Labourers that arrived on the shores of Durban. While the Hotel itself has mixed reviews of its accommodation and Indian food, the Indian Indenture Museum of sorts, helps to deflect some of the criticism. The hotel's restaurant itself is named the SS Truro Restaurant, an apt drawcard for those interested in the history of the Indian Indentured Indians that were brought, many of them against their will, to the then British Colony of Natal.

Very bad service even though I foned and placed and order for pick I still had to wait 45 min before I even got my food.
But ordered from Mr delivery the previous week paid R95 for a bunny its was top class,this weeks food was horrible big potato and 3 pieces meat only,the kebaab bunny was smelling sour and even tasted sour when I foned in to complain the staff was very rude i asked for the owners number and was told they don't give out his number.Very bad customer service and horrible food.
