Lovely rooms, fantastic food and super delicious breakfast buffet. The hotel offers a spa, outdoor heated infinity pool. There are electric bicycles available for loan. The Eisl family are sweet and welcoming. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

We stayed at the Ennstalerhof in Ramsau for a week and since no one asked when we checked out/paid whether we liked it and whether everything was okay, we would like to at least share our experiences with the hotel in this way. The food, both the evening menu and the breakfast, were good and sometimes even very good. The room was a bit old, the Styrian Suite unfortunately still had carpets and the 2 bathrooms in the room no longer meet the comfort standard of good 4 star hotels. There were no hooks for hanging clothes in the room and the associated bathrooms. There were 2 hooks in one bathroom, nothing in the other bathroom and... There was a wardrobe with 3 hooks in the bedroom. A significant improvement could be achieved here with little effort. Unfortunately, the seating options in the suite were not suitable for those with spinal injuries. The sauna area with steam sauna is ancient and despite my advice, not even scent was provided for the infusion water. Apart from the good food and the newly designed relaxation room in the wellness area, everything is very minimalistic and there is still a long way to go to become a good 4-star hotel with a feel-good factor. The price level, especially for the drinks, definitely corresponds to a good 4 star feel-good hotel. My comments are intended to provide recommendations for investments etc. in order to focus on the customer, which is necessary for long-term economic success. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 3
