Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are happy to hear that you particularly appreciated the cleanliness, the great location, the renowned Randolins cordiality, and our small yet well-equipped wellness area. At the same time we regret that you missed some things in your room and that you did not address the mentioned points during your stay, in order for us to find a solution. For instance: we gladly provide a kettle upon request, but we also have a large variety of pillow to choose from. We regularly receive many excellent comments regarding the information and extensive tipps that we provide on site - for activities, sightseeing, events and more - which we also share on our website as well as on our inhouse channel. Once again, we urge our guests to approach us directly, if there is anything we can do to make the stay more pleasant. Great, that you enjoyed the beautiful panoramic double room, with a breathtaking view of the valley, lakes, and mountains; we are surprised, you could even spot the building further up the street, which is currently not serviced and is covered for the winter. We hope to welcome you back and propose checking the possibilities also outside of the peak season, when we have more great offers and deals. A revair!
