Traveling (by coach) with a volunteer association I spent 2 days in Nuremberg staying at the Hotel Prinzregent. The Prinzregent hotel is located in a beautiful and strategic position for visiting the city. The street is parallel to the riverside and its pedestrian and cycle path from which you can walk to a beautiful lake where you can go on an excursion by renting a "bodied" pedal boat with animals, comic book characters, cars and more which are a Especially appealing to families with children. The riverside and the lush vegetation that distinguishes it offer a beautiful walk with benches and a cycle and skate track. You can see beautiful homes, many in the antique style, a school, a student residence and some small shops. The street of the Prinzregent hotel, just over 150 meters from its beginning, leads onto the ring road of the walls which are certainly worth visiting with a local guide (our guide was Italian, Piedmontese but moved to Nuremberg for years whose preparation, narration also with historical photographs of monuments and of the last world war, and anecdotes made our trip very interesting and very instructive for all of us both for the children of the association, for some of their families and for us old companions for years...
