I stayed at Hotel Ovest in Piacenza for 4 nights. The bed was comfortable, the room very clean and spacious, and I had a Jacuzzi tub with a waterfall showerhead. The staff spoke great English, this was helpful because my Italian does not go far. The front desk gave me recommendations for food, groceries, and sight seeing. They even have bikes that you can borrow to tour the City (free of charge). The parking onsight was great and secure. Their breakfast spread was great, and the gentleman in the morning always remembered how I liked my coffee. I also ate dinner dinner here a couple nights and the food was good and well priced. Their staff was constantly available for any question or need that I had. I recommend requesting one of the robes from the front desk because they are so comfortable. The the price, location, and service... This hotel cannot be beat.
