Buongiorno Borche, We do not believe in all conscience that we merit a star for the reasons you gave. All our rooms are sea view... they are different for side sea view and front sea view. Everyone can check this difference on our website under ‘rooms’ where we promptly indicate which rooms have a frontal sea view. We can understand that your expectations were not met but there is a difference between ‘expectations’ and reality. Your room is exactly the one you booked and were assigned upon arrival. In addition, her room has a large terrace which could almost be considered sea-facing as it is located right after the sea front and has a wide view of the beach. We have to contradict you when you say that we were rude... that is not our way of doing things and it is evident from the many reviews that describe us differently. We tried to express our regret because you were not fully satisfied with the room. On our site the Deluxe Sea View does not show any pictures facing the sea nor any description facing the sea. We think this has a little influenced your rating of the hotel's overall service. The sausages, as described by you, are of first quality and are deliberately small, so the guest can decide to take one or more, avoiding waste. The croissants are empty, chocolate or jam, whole wheat, and as desserts we have doughnuts, fresh homemade cakes and homemade sweets. We alternate the fruit served from day to day; of course we are always open to any suggestions and to improve the service where necessary. We greet you with a smile every day when you pass through reception; we are always helpful and serviceable, we do not merit the word ‘unpolite’.
