Un petit hôtel propre accessible et calme. Les chambres sont propres et bien organisées. Le petit déjeuner est bon et l’accueil est très agréable. Merci à Ivana pour sa disponibilité, son accueil et ses bons conseils pour les visites de Split. Je recommande !

Good view of the adriatic sea. Hotel is closer to the beach, so you can go for a good swim. There is a supermarket near by. Much convinient. There is no key, PIN code for the door. Much much easy. Good breakfast considering the price of surrounding restaurants. Receptionist was great. Greeted us warmly. Very helpful. Good communication. 45min walk to the old town. But if you like not crowded area, this is the place. And you can manage to go the city by bus, there is a small walk up hill. It would cost 1€ for 60min within split city area if you buy from the app. Service: 5

The only truly wonderful thing about this hotel was the lady at the reception — very kind, attentive, and helpful. I give her 5 stars. However, regarding the hotel itself: • The walls are extremely thin — we could clearly hear a loud group next door until 2 AM. It was impossible to sleep. • The price-to-quality ratio is completely off. This hotel should cost €50 per night, not €170. • The overall atmosphere feels like something from the Soviet era — outdated and uncomfortable. • Booking.com states that the reception is open 24/7, but at night there was no staff available at all. • There were also issues with hot water. Overall, we do not recommend this hotel at such a price. Paying €170 per night for a Soviet-style stay is simply unreasonable. Service: 5
