Hotel Maranello Palace et Monumento al Cavallino rampante apparaissent comme très attirants pour les touristes. Ce lieu est si bien placé qu'on peut y accéder en utilisant n'importe quel transport. Le succès de cet endroit serait impossible sans un personnel qualifié. Un service agréable est toujours un plaisir. Hotel Maranello Palace a reçu la note de 4.5 sur Google d'après l'opinion des visiteurs.
Very nice hotel. Great rooms , well designed and modern. Close to Ferrari factory and other Ferrari related things. The breakfast was also good, however the acoustic is bad.... so very noisy when full. Service: 3
First of all it was a horrible experience. Checkin was nice and fast, friendly staff. After I used the toilet the door didn't open again. The night was horrible, A big French group made a Party until 2 in the morning, nobody from the Hotel tell them to get quiet. Baddest breakfast we had in our Italian tour. I will never recommend this Hotel! sadly I have booked this Hotel! Service: 2

Dear Fred, we are sorry that your stay was not memorable. Traveling means being open to what will happen during the trip. He had a good welcome and the staff was always available to solve problems. The door leading to the garage got stuck and you found yourself temporarily (2 minutes) unable to go up the stairs to get to reception. You didn't stay locked in the bathroom or room. The way to the garage was open and accessible. Regarding the group of French people, we did not detect any noise or complaints. We will carry out multiple checks ourselves throughout the night, but customers themselves can also help us by calling reception and reporting the problem. Regarding breakfast, I fear that given the two previous unexpected events, you were already prejudiced towards any other experience. However, leaving such a negative review, which reflects on the hotel's reputation and influences the work of everyone who works there, seems more like revenge than a constructive contribution to improving the service.
