A clearly overwhelmed operator who runs this ominous domicile with a younger "lady". In between, two children hop around the restaurant/kitchen and hotel and are regularly whistled back by mom or grandpa before doing anything... Room number 14 is in a condition that can only be described as disastrous. From the smell of a nursing home, to cracked window panes, cobwebs, extremely dirty floors and completely filthy exhaust in the bathroom, defective lamps, and a dangerous electrical installation in the bathroom (see photos) to the garbage dump in front of the window on the roof of the entrance... Catastrophic ! If the Brenner motorway and the Brenner state road hadn't been closed due to snow chaos, we would have left the shack immediately, even if the operator's very first act was to cash in... Breakfast was a joke, but a very bad one! A buffet that wasn't one, we waited forever for our coffee and the tea wasn't even brought... The only acceptable thing was the pizza, which was baked in the oven in the restaurant in the evening. The old man in his completely dirty "suit" (along with the younger "lady" in leggings or sweatpants on whom, in addition to the menu of the past few weeks, other strange dirt particles were clearly visible), who had very obvious difficulty walking, perhaps shouldn't Just think about your money and employ a few people! - For example, a caretaker or something similar who can also clear snow if necessary. The stairs from the hotel to the street and the parking lot were slippery with ice and snow! By the way, we booked this extremely special accommodation with “bookingcom”. It would certainly be helpful if those responsible at Booking occasionally inspect the places that they sell for a lot of money... Hopefully never again!
