Stayed in the hotel during and because of Ironman Italy. There's nothing to complain about, unless I have to make deductions for breakfast. Like during Covid, you have to order at the buffet and can't help yourself. However, the warm nature of the hosts made up for everything. Thank you for the lovely stay! Excellent treatment and I felt at home. All employees are very friendly, 100% recommended. If I go again I will stay in the same hotel and the same room 410 has a wonderful view. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Stayed at Hotel Franca during Ironman weekend. One of the most accomodating hotels I've ever stayed at. They were fully ready for athletes' unusual requests such as plain pasta/rice for breakfast and all the staff were so friendly. The rooms were perfect and the location was very nice. Special thanks to the man behind the bar for giving me milk for my protein shake! Thank you Hotel Franca for making this a dream weekend! Service: 5
